Dongle Replacement Policy

Post Time Daily's premium software products—Black Magic and ValueCapper—utilize physical USB license keys (dongles) to protect intellectual property and customer investments.

Replacement Costs

If your dongle is lost, stolen, or damaged through neglect, a replacement costs $200, comprising:

• $150 for the physical dongle
• $50 for reprogramming and license reassignment

Each dongle permits unrestricted software access, which is why we must maintain careful control over device distribution.

Defective Dongles

Should your dongle malfunction over time due to normal wear, contact support at support@posttimedaily.com. If deemed defective, we will:

1. Send a replacement dongle at no charge
2. Provide a prepaid return envelope
3. Require return of the defective unit within 15 days

Important: Failure to return the defective dongle within this timeframe may result in additional charges.
