Exported Data File Formats

Post Time Daily software enables users to export comma-delimited data files compatible with third-party applications like spreadsheets, databases, and custom programs.

Note: Scratchsoft support is limited to Scratchsoft products only. We cannot provide assistance for third-party applications.

Past Performances

Past performance data is stored in a proprietary .PTD2 format. The Post Time Daily client, ValueCapper, and Black Magic applications natively support this format.

For other software, users must export data as CSV files through these applications. When a .PTD2 file loads, automatic CSV export to the "Exported Data" folder can be enabled in preferences.

Full Result Charts

Full result chart files are provided in CSV text format by default, requiring no additional export steps.

Summary Results

Summary result files consolidate race information from a single card in CSV text format. No additional export processing is necessary.
