Race Card Cancellation Policy

In the event that a track cancels all races on a given race card, any retail downloads made on that card will be refunded. This includes past performances, result charts, and summary results files. Refunds will be issued automatically; there is no need to formally request it.

Note: this policy applies to full-card cancellations only. If at least one race on the card is run, a refund will not be issued.

Download Activity page

The Download Activity page will list any retail downloads made during the current month. However, due to the way billing calculations are made, refunds may not be acknowledged until the 1st of the following month.
